We only collect information that is necessary for the purpose at hand — registering as a supporter, applying to a programme, making a donation, or simply writing to us.

We may collect information about you whenever you interact with us. For example, when you contact us regarding our activities, register as a supporter, send or receive information, or sign a petition, you specifically and knowingly provide us with your personal information. We may also receive information about you from third parties — but only if you have given them permission to share your information with us.

We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiries, administer the programme you are applying for, keep you informed about the foundation’s work, and meet our obligations under the Companies Act and other applicable Indian law. We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties.

We will not be responsible for the privacy of data collected by websites not owned or managed by the foundation, including those linked through our website. We take reasonable steps to keep the information you share with us secure and to limit access to those within the foundation who need it to do their work.

If you are not satisfied with our response, please contact us at GKCJ2018@GMAIL.COM with the details explaining your concerns. We will review your complaint and investigate whether the right procedures have been followed, and respond as appropriate. We aim to complete this investigation within 15 working days of receiving your complaint; in some cases it may take longer.
